All sale items are final.
Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.
Non-Sale Items
Due to the professional-use nature of our products, we do not operate a sale or return policy.
Returns are only accepted in exceptional circumstances (such as duplicate items ordered) and are offered for exchange only, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for an exchange:
a) Contact Timeframe
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at jadeuk.info@gmail.com.
b) Condition of Items
Items must be returned in a perfect, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging fully intact.
Opened, used, tested, or tampered products — including any gel products — cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
c) Packaging
Returned items must be securely packaged. Jade UK is not responsible for items damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging, and such items will not be eligible for an exchange.
d) Return Shipping Costs
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Jade UK does not cover return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Any claims relating to damaged or faulty items must be submitted to jadeuk.info@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims submitted outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
- All original packaging must be retained, as this may be required for inspection by the courier.

Jade UK reserves the right to update or amend this Returns Policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
