These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Jade UK website and the purchase of products from Jade UK. By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this website.
1. About Us
Jade UK is a professional-only nail brand supplying products intended for use by trained and qualified nail technicians.
2. Professional-Use Only
All Jade UK products are supplied strictly for professional use.
To purchase from Jade UK, you must:

- Submit valid nail qualifications for approval
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts where adequate proof of qualification is not provided or where misuse of products is suspected.
Products must only be used by trained professionals in accordance with industry standards, product instructions and safety guidelines.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
You must not share your account login details with any third party. Jade UK accepts no liability for unauthorised use of accounts.
4. Product Information & Ingredients
We aim to provide accurate descriptions and information for all products.
Ingredient lists are provided on individual product pages as well as a dedicated SDS page. While many of our products are HEMA-Free and/or TPO-Free, not all formulations currently meet this standard during our phased reformulation process. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information prior to purchase.
Jade UK does not make medical or allergy-free claims. It is the responsibility of the professional user to conduct appropriate consultations, patch tests and risk assessments.
5. Lamp Compatibility & Curing
We can only recommend the use of Jade UK lamps to cure our products. As we have not tested other branded lamps, we cannot guarantee or stand by curing results achieved using alternative lamp systems.
Improper curing due to incompatible lamps, incorrect usage, or deviation from instructions is not the responsibility of Jade UK.
6. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
Jade UK reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time, including where pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse are identified.
7. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices displayed at the time of purchase are final.
Payment must be made in full at checkout using the available payment methods.
8. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Jade UK and our couriers do not accept liability for any consequential losses resulting from delivery delays.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, the original delivery charge will be applied again for re-shipment.
9. Damaged or Faulty Items
While we endeavour to pack orders securely, damage in transit can occasionally occur.
Any claims for damaged or faulty items must be submitted to jadeuk.info@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
Customers must retain all original packaging, as this may be required for inspection by the courier.
10. Returns & Refunds
Due to the professional nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Refunds or replacements are issued at the sole discretion of Jade UK following assessment.
11. Liability
Jade UK shall not be liable for:
- Incorrect application or misuse of products
- Failure to follow product instructions or professional standards
- Incompatible lamp use
- Allergic reactions or sensitivities
- Loss of income or consequential losses
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability where it cannot be excluded under UK law.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, branding and educational materials, is the property of Jade UK and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
13. Changes to These Terms
Jade UK reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
