UK Shipping
We currently ship across the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 services. Prices may vary depending on order size and weight - final cost is shown at checkout.
Northern Ireland using DPD - Please note you will pay VAT when receiving these goods.
Free Shipping Offer
Orders over £100.00 are eligible for FREE Tracked 48 shipping to Mainland England addresses only.

Mainland England excludes the following areas due to courier surcharges:

Order Processing Times
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days.
- During busy periods, this may extend to up to 5 working days.
- You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally via FedEx.
🌍 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout once your delivery address is entered.
Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country.
Delivery Delays & Responsibility
While we aim for prompt delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, strikes, extreme weather). Neither Jade UK or any of our couriers accept liability for consequential losses resulting from delivery delays.
